第五課時 教學設計
一、教學設計思路
教師通過讓學生唱歌謠、做聽力練習以及看圖進行問答練習等多種形式，復習所學的內容，調動學生的積極情緒，從而引出新課。然后通過給學生看動畫課件、做動畫游戲以及小組活動等趣味操練鞏固所學的內容。
二、教學目標
（一）知識
1. 能夠聽、說、認讀句子：“it's east of the cinema. turn left at the cinema, then go straight. it’s on the left.”。
2.能夠四會掌握句子：turn left at the cinema，then go straight. it's on the left。
3.能夠根據(jù)let's try和let's check部分的錄音選出正確答案。
（二）能力
能在情景中運用句子：“it's east of the cinema. turn left at the cinema, then go straight. it’s on the left.”
（三）情感
培養(yǎng)學生團結友愛、樂于助人的良好品質。使學生愿意在小組活動中積極與他人合作，互相幫助，共同完成學習任務。
三、教學重難點
本課時的教學重點和難點是使學生掌握句型：“it's east of the cinema. turn left at the cinema, then go straight. it’s on the left.”并能在情景中熟練運用所學對話。還要能夠正確書寫其中的四會掌握句型：turn left at the cinema, then go straight。
四、教學媒體
1.教師準備錄音機和本課時的錄音帶。
2.教師準備本課時的教學掛圖。
3.教師和學生準備本課時的單詞卡片。
4.學生兩人一組準備一張中國地圖。
5.教師準備教學課件。
五、教學過程
1.warm up（熱身）
(1) 演唱本單元的歌謠“l(fā)et’s chant”。
(2) 教師播放let's try部分的錄音，學生跟讀；教師指導學生根據(jù)文字提示選出正確的路線。
(3) 教師出示中國地圖，師生間進行問答：
t: it’s a map of china. where is hebei?
s: it’s north / east of ...
2.presentation（呈現(xiàn)新課）
(1) 教師將let's talk部分的教學掛圖貼在黑板上。
t: i want to go to the hospital. where is it?
s: it’s east / north of …
t: how can i get there?
引導學生說：turn left at the cinema, and go straight. then turn right at the post office and go straight. it’s on the left.
(2) 教師放b let's talk部分的錄音，學生跟讀。
(3) 教師利用教學掛圖，繼續(xù)進行對話操練。
t: where is the bookstore / hospital / park…?
s: …
4）教師放錄音，讓學生按照錄音內容選擇正確的答案，對本單元的重要語言進行階段性評價。
3.practice（趣味操練）
(1) group work
學生做小組練習，再叫幾名學生描述某一場所的位置，全班學生一起猜。
(2) 學生看動畫（參見“優(yōu)秀課件”）。
(3) 做動畫練習。
