一、teaching aims:
1. 能聽得懂、會說、會讀和會拼寫單詞a cat, a dog, a tiger, a lion, a panda, a monkey, a bear, a rabbit; 能聽得懂、會說、會讀a cow, a giraffe, a koala, a pig, a donkey
2. 能正確運(yùn)用日常交際用語“what’s this/that?”, “it’s a/an…”, “it’s a … ,i think”
3. 培養(yǎng)孩子感受美和愛護(hù)小動物
二、teaching keys and difficulties:
1. 能聽得懂、會說、會讀和會拼寫單詞a cat, a dog, a tiger, a lion, a panda, a monkey, a bear, a rabbit; 能聽得懂、會說、會讀a cow, a giraffe, a koala, a pig, a donkey

磁帶、錄音機(jī)、玩具及相關(guān)卡片

a. 1st listen to a children’s song
t: let’s sing a song, try your best.
ss: yes, sir.

2nd free talk
1. t: good morning/ afternoon.
ss: good morning/ afternoon.
t: how are you?/how have you been?
ss: fine, thank you. and you?
t: very well, thanks.
2. practice this daily talk among ss.
s: my name is … i’m from… i’m… my hobby is …
t: very good .
t:great.

b. presentation and practice
review some words
1) t shows the words for ss, and ss speak them up several times. using “what’s this /that?” “ it’s a …”
t: what’s this?
ss: it’s a dog. d-o-g dog. it’s a dog.
t: good. and what ‘s this?
ss: it’s a bear. b-e-a-r, it’s a bear.
t: excellent. what’s that?
ss: it’s a rabbit. r-a-b-b-i-t, it’s a rabbit.
2) and then show ss new animal’s words, and t says “what’s this /that?” and ss say “it’s a rabbit”,
學(xué)生齊讀“rabbit”數(shù)遍之后,教師將卡片貼在黑板上。用同樣地方法教授a lion, a panda, a monkey, a bear, a koala, a pig, a donkey.前面幾個(gè)用“what’s this?”,后面幾個(gè)用“what’s that?”.
3) play a game ( exam your eyesight )
one pupil tries to act a doctor, and the other do their best to quickly and correctly speak up the words of animal’s name according to orders the doctor gives.
after that ss yourselves practice with your partners.
s1: what ‘s this?
s2: it’s a rabbit. r-a-b-b-i-t, it’s a rabbit.
s1: ok. what ‘s this?
s2: it’s a lion.
s1: very good, what’s that?
s2: it’s a koala.
s1: that’s right. can you spell it?
s2: yes, k-o-a-l-a.
4) open your book and turn to page 16, ( several minutes)
t ask ss to speak loudly the words after the tape.
