(一)熱身
1、重溫四年級(jí)上冊(cè)u(píng)nit 5 的sing along: my friend,如果能找到與孫中山有關(guān)的歌詞更好。
2、提問學(xué)生:who’s your hero or heroine? why?
(二)呈現(xiàn)與操練
1、引入新課
2、教新單詞:historical歷史的
讓學(xué)生講幾個(gè)歷史人物,加深對(duì)historical的認(rèn)識(shí)。
3、教單詞:be born
提醒學(xué)生注意在使用這個(gè)句型的時(shí)候要使用過去時(shí)形式。
4、教he was the father of modern china.
5、教單詞:leader / against/ emperor/ free
teacher: why was dr sun yatsen so important? what did he do? he was a great leader. he was against the emperor. he tried to change china and free the people.(板書)
leader 領(lǐng)導(dǎo);領(lǐng)袖again--- against 反對(duì)
change 有空的;自由的
6、教finally he started to change china.
teacher : did dr sun yatsen free the chinese people?
yes, but slowly. finally be started to change china.(板書)

7、教memorial hall
teacher: if you want to know more about dr sun yatsen, you can visit dr sun yatsen memorial hall in guangzhou.

(三)鞏固性操練
1、集體朗讀單詞,然后個(gè)別檢查;
2、觀看課文vcd或聽錄音,然后通過下面是非題的練習(xí)檢查學(xué)生是否理解課文。
