【教學(xué)過(guò)程】
（一）warming-up
1) free talk
用what day is it today? what lessons do you have in the morning? what subject do you like ? how are you? what’s the matter with you ? 等日常交際用語(yǔ)進(jìn)行交談。
（二）presentation
1.開(kāi)門見(jiàn)山導(dǎo)入本單元詞匯，八個(gè)昆蟲(chóng)類單詞，教學(xué)單詞insect及其復(fù)數(shù)形式。
2.出示b部分教學(xué)掛圖，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生觀察并說(shuō)出圖上的八種昆蟲(chóng)（用中文），其中較難書寫的教師可板書示范，如：蜻蜓、螢火蟲(chóng)、蚱蜢等。
3.進(jìn)一步引導(dǎo)學(xué)生觀察彩圖卡片，更熟練地辨識(shí)八種昆蟲(chóng)，還可嘗試讓學(xué)生從顏色、體型、特性等方面描述這些昆蟲(chóng)，如：
（1）螞蟻 it is small. it is black. it is very busy every day.
（2）蝴蝶 it can fly. it is beautiful. it likes flowers.
（3）蜻蜓 it is green. it can fly very high. it is beautiful, too.
（4）螢火蟲(chóng) it is yellow. it can fly. it fly at night.
（5）蚱蜢 it is green. it jumps high.
（6）蜜蜂 it is yellow. it can fly. it is busy. it likes flowers.
4.教師進(jìn)行描述，學(xué)生猜測(cè)是哪種昆蟲(chóng)。（教師可描述得更詳細(xì)，也為e部分鋪墊）順勢(shì)教學(xué)八個(gè)新單詞，其中an ant, a butterfly, a bee要求拼寫。補(bǔ)充的描述可為：
（1）firefly it can glow at night.
（2）grasshopper it lives in grass.
5.看圖文卡學(xué)習(xí)單詞后，可讓學(xué)生跟錄音讀單詞、齊讀、自由讀等，還可當(dāng)堂默寫單詞以求及時(shí)鞏固。
