ask the students to read the dialogues in part c together and then ask them to do a pair work to practice them to check if they have well master the knowledge.
present the pictures of part c on the blackboard and ask the students to try to write down the dialogues by themselves and then check the answers together to see if they can written the dialogues correctly. (讓學生分小組進行比賽,每組派幾名代表上臺表演,看哪組練習得最好,進行表揚。)
step2 presentation
設計意圖:通過多種形式,讓學生能夠真正的掌握課文的內容。
請學生運用所學的句型根據實際情況來表演,可采用競爭的形式.激發他們的積極性和學生興趣.
1、復習國家和國籍類單詞:ask the students to read the learn words together and then ask them to read by themselves to review all the learnt words.
2、free talk.
設計意圖:在師生共同活動之后,教師可以放手讓學生自己來完成相同的環節,這樣學生有了自主的權利,教師可以在一旁作相宜的指導。
where are you from? i’m from… i’m…
(教師手舉中國國旗說i’m from china. i’m chinese. i speak chinese.“你好嗎?”并告訴學生說某種語言用speak而不是say或者talk.)
3、教學語言類單詞chinese, english, japanese, french,其中chinese, japanese, french和國籍類單詞是相同的,english是學生早已熟知的,所以語言類單詞比較容易記憶,但是要注意的是uk, usa, australia三個國家的人都是說英語的,避免誤認為有american, australian的語言形式。然后放進句子i speak…進行鞏固。
4、通過教師和學生的自由問答引出新句型do you speak…? yes, i do. i speak…, too. no, i don’t i speak… 如:
are you from the uk/england? yes, i am./ no, i’m not.
are you british? yes, i am./ no, i’m not.
do you speak english? yes, i do./ no, i don’t.
can you speak…? yes, i can./ no, i can’t.
5、指導完成d部分練習。(指導隨讀生)
1.a: do you speak english? b: yes, i do. i speak chinese, too.
2.a: do you speak french? b: no, i don’t. i speak english and chinese.
3.a: do you speak english? b: yes, i do. i speak japanese, too.
4.a: do you speak japanese? b: no, i don’t. i speak english and french.
step3 homework
設計意圖:鞏固是學習的關鍵環節,通過作業讓學生進一步了解所學的知識,并讓學生自己總結歸納來鍛煉他們的自學能力。
1) write the sentences in part d down and try to recite them.
2) preview the dialogues in part e
