1. ask the pupils to turn to page 77. tell them to choose two things to do on sports day. they should write their names in two places on the list.
2. tell the pupils to work in pairs. explain that they should ask each other what events they are going to do according to what they have written down in their own programme. they add their friend’s name to their list.
3. tell the pupils to change partners and talk to a different pupil. they ask and answer questions about what they and their first partner are going to do and write the names in their programme.
