39.find / find out / look for
find:發現(無意識地);找到(有意識地,是look for的結果)。例如:
例195:when i got there, i found my pocket picked. (當我到那里時,發現口袋被扒了。)
例196:scientists have found new ways to clean waste. (科學家已找到清理廢物的新途徑。)
find out:查明,查出。指經過探聽、詢問、調查之后查明、弄清。例如:

look for:尋找。例如:

forget:忘了(帶某物)。例如:

go out:熄滅(自然熄滅,無被動結構)。be out:熄滅(表示狀態)。put out:撲滅。例如:

例206:nobody noticed the thief slip into the house because the lights happened to go out.

happen:發生。帶有偶然、未能預見的意思,主語為事;當針對人時,意為“碰巧”。例如:

occur:發生(既表示偶然地,也表示必然地);被想到。例如:

take place:發生。指事先布置或策劃好而后發生。例如:
