1. (教師讓學生快速閱讀短文，并標出文章下面四幅圖的順序。) t: read 1a quickly and number the following pictures. (學生看完后，請幾名學生回答。) t:  can you tell me the correct order of the pictures? s1: … … 2. (教師讓學生再次閱讀文章，找出含有時間狀語從句的句子。) t: boys and girls. read 1a again and find out the sentences with“when”,“after”,“as”,“as soon as”,“until”, and，“while”. (學生找出含有時間狀語從句的復合句后，教師讓學生獨立完成1b。) (幾分鐘后。) t: boy and girls, you did a good job! now please turn to page 38 and complete the short passage in 1b. this time you needn’t read the passage. (當然對于一些基礎不太好的學生也可降低要求，可讓他/她看著原文完成。) (教師與學生核對答案，可集體完成也可個別抽查。) t: let’s check the answers. 3.
