1. (讓學生仔細閱讀文章，理解文章大意。) t: boys and girls, please read the passage in 1a and try to find out what the passage is mainly about. (學生看完后，教師提問，檢查學生的歸納理解能力。) t:  what’s the passage mainly about？can you tell me? ss: the passage is mainly about a cyclist. (若是學生未能準確回答，教師可以給予提示，以降低難度。) 2. (把詞組以一定的邏輯關系串聯起來板書出來。然后教師以小故事形式向學生介紹。) achievements (成就)—courage (勇氣)—success (成功)—a serious pain 疼痛得厲害 —face it head-on 迎頭面對—win the tour de france 贏得環法賽(讓學生依照教師講的故事相互講述，達到練習的目的。) 3.
