教師將學生分成幾個小組，各組派代表到黑板前進行速記比賽。教師用英語報出電話號碼，要求學生寫出相應的阿拉伯數字，或快速說出相應的數字。

學生以小組為單位自選其中任意一幅圖，根據圖意運用所學的日常交際用語（不要求局限于本課的句型）進行小品表演，鼓勵學生充分展開想象自由發揮。

也可采用學生問學生答的形式，練習時要注意名詞復數的表現形式。
