step 2: presentation
1. learn the words: fishing, jogging, running, rowing, climbing.
a. review the three words: swimming, skating, skiing.
t: acting.

show the new word “fishing” and teach
ss to pronounce it.

step 3: consolidation
1. listen to the tape and follow it.
2. work in pairs.
look at the four pictures on page 67 and make a simple dialogue in pairs. using the sentences:
do you like…?
yes, i do. / no, i don’t.
what do you like?
i like…

for example:
