▲辨析：announce；declare
兩詞均意為“宣布”，但announce意為“宣告，宣布，通
知”，指官方或公眾的言論，內容可以是權威性的或知
識性的。不跟雙賓語。declare意為“宣布，聲明”，指明
確、有力的斷言，公開宣布某事。其后不跟不定式和雙
賓語，可跟名詞、代詞、從句或復合結構。例如：
everyone was silent as he announced the result.他宣布
結果時，大家都很安靜。
the us declared war on england in 1812.18XX年美國
向英國宣戰。
【考例3】fifty years ago, chairman mao ____ the
